Welcome

On behalf of the Arbor Terrace Homeowner's Association Board of Directors we would like to welcome you to our community.

We are a planned community comprised of 160 single-family homes and row-houses located in Sherwood, OR.  Our neighborhood has a Community Park located on SW Baler Way across from Target at which a Community Notice Board is located under the gazebo. 

Century 21 Northstar manages the Association at the direction of the Board of Directors.   Questions and/or concerns regarding the community should be directed to Century 21 Northstar.  Official communication between the Board of Directors and the membership is through email and our community website www.arborterracehoa.org.

We hope this website will help to answer day to day questions about the HOA.
